Shipping policy
Everything in the Naked Downunder shop is made to order by our print partner, Printful. Your item is printed and packed just for you after you order, which means less waste and no warehouse full of unsold stock.
How long it takes
- Production: usually 2–5 business days after you order.
- Delivery within Australia: usually 3–10 business days after production.
- International delivery: usually 5–20 business days after production, depending on the destination and carrier.
Busy periods (sales, Christmas) can add a few days. Your checkout and tracking emails show the most accurate dates.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the items in your cart. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Split parcels
Different products may be made in different Printful facilities, so a single order can arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import charges (outside Australia)
If you order from outside Australia, duties, taxes or customs fees may apply in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown at checkout unless we say otherwise.
Address check
Please double-check your shipping address before you order. Parcels returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent at the buyer's cost.
Returns & refunds
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, or your parcel is lost, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) via the contact page on this store with:
- your order number, and
- a photo showing the problem (for print or damage issues).
Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. You won't need to post a faulty item back unless we ask.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. We can only change or cancel orders that haven't been printed yet.
